London Transport Museum is seeking a research partner to deliver audience insights across a three-to-five-year programme and has published an engagement notice to seek feedback from potential partners on how programme could best be delivered.

Over the last decade, the museum has carried our regular onsite customer satisfaction research which has proven crucial to understanding audience perspectives.

With several new capital projects coming up, the museum would like more frequent and flexible insight as spaces change and develop.

This early market engagement does not form part of the formal procurement process and will simply inform specifications before moving to tender.

Hosting the stories of those who have travelled and worked in London over the past 200 years, the London Transport Museum is made up of 500,000 objects representing the transport heritage of London.

Originating from the 1920s, the Museum is a registered charity to deliver education programmes and community creative projects.

In 2024 a new vision and brand was launched by Elizabeth McKay, CEO and Director, to showcase future ambitions.

Register interest in partnering on this research by completing the MS forms questionnaire:  forms.cloud.microsoft/e/sJvrc3xR2E

Email emeliawilson@tfl.gov.uk and bediakilic@tfl.gov.uk to obtain a copy of the draft specification.
